Jem

This show is about Jem the lead singer of a band called the Hollograms and their rock and roll adventures with rivals The Misfits.

The central plot of the series is the secret that Jem is in fact the alter ego of Jerrica Benton, owner and manager of Starlight Music. Jerrica adopts the Jem persona with the help of Synergy, a holographic computer designed to be the ultimate, audio, visual, entertainment synthesizer built by her father, who left it to her upon his death.

The show ran for sixty-five, twenty five minute episodes between 1985-1988.In each episode there would be an extended musical number which lead to Jem creating a huge fan base which still exists today.
