The Wuzzles was a Disney cartoon revolving around the lives of a number of Wuzzles. Wuzzles themselves are composed of a mixture of two animal species. In fact most things on the Isle of Wuz were indeed a mixture of two things, for example the appleberries that they ate.

Have you snuzzled a Wuzzle today?
Here in the land of Wuz
They're havin' twice the fun
Cause every single thing
Is really two in one
A little bit of this
A little bit of that
And when you add it up
You get a lot of laughs
Ooh, they got originality
Driven with a split personality
We're the Wuzzles
Hoo yeah
We're the Wuzzles
Ho ho, yeah
Two times the fun
Wrapped up and rolled into one
Ooh, they got originality
Livin' with a split personality
We're the Wuzzles
Hoo yeah
We're the Wuzzles
Ho ho, yeah
Two times the fun
Wrapped up and rolled
Into one
The Wuzzles was first aired on September 14, 1985 on CBS. Unfortunately only 13 episodes were ever made due to the death Bill Scott (the voice of Moosel). Despite the Wuzzles not being that popular in the US they were well liked in the UK. From their sucess came the books following their adventures and the plush toys.

Characters included:

Bumblelion: Half bumblebee and half lion
Butterbear: Half bear and half butterfly
Eleroo: Half kangaroo and half
Moosel: Half moose and half harp seal.
Hoppopotamus: Half rabbit and half hippopotamus.
Rhinokey: Half rhinoceros and half monkey.
Tycoon: Half Tiger and half Raccoon.
Crocosaurus: Half crocodile and half T-rex
Brat: Half dragon and half frog, Crock's sidekick
Flizzard: Half frog, half lizard, Crock's other sidekick.
